As the Revenue Operations Manager at Uscreen, you will own the Sales Team’s ongoing operations. Your responsibilities will include managing the sales forecast, sales compensation, reporting on the sales funnel, optimizing CRM workflow processes, and managing the overall ‘rules of engagement’ across the organization.

The ideal candidate is driven, analytical, and organized — with domain expertise in SaaS sales operations.

  What you’ll do

  • Own Sales Team reporting from top-of-funnel through to new customer close
  • Manage all aspects of the Sales compensation and commission payouts program across SDRs, AEs, and frontline managers
  • Oversee the ‘rules of engagement’ for both inbound and outbound Sales efforts, ensuring fairness & equity (account ownership, routing, account caps, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate Sales pipeline forecasting and underlying data integrity
  • Implement workflow processes, software tools, and systems that drive overall Sales organization efficiency through a period of hyper-growth
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Success, Product, & Engineering to drive strategic operational improvements for ‘new revenue generation’

Do you have what it takes?

  • 5+ years of Sales Operations experience in tech; ideally B2B SaaS 
  • Experience implementing Sales strategy, training, and enablement
  • Experience with Sales forecasting across multiple data sources
  • Track record of driving operational efficiency through workflow process and systems implementation for scale in a hyper-growth environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills

  • Demonstrated interest in the SaaS, online video, and influencer industries
  • Growth mindset and a positive attitude
  • Experience with online video or website hosting
