Demand Generation Lead

Do you want to help us build and scale the original disruptor in digital design? Sketch is where 1000s of design teams, in 100+ countries, create their best products every day. We’re looking for a Demand Generation Lead. In this position, you will:

Lead our multi-channel demand generation strategy and drive key business metrics, both for our product-led / self-serve funnel and higher-touch sales models

Define, initiate and manage the development of lead generation programs to drive trial, conversion, and adoption, reporting to our Head of Sales

Responsibilities:

• Drive our strategy and be accountable for lead nurturing programs to engage new and existing customer personas in established accounts and net-new prospects in greenfield accounts
• Build a pipeline and execute our go-to-market strategy
• Implement campaigns across key customer personas
• Drive effective program execution & alignment across marketing, product, and sales teams
• Evolve and implement our strategy to operationalize and scale ABM
• Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline and ARR
• Be accountable for the qualified pipeline in form of PQLs, MQLs, SALs, Opportunities, and other metrics

Requirements:

• Experience with and commitment to a product-led, self-serve model
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing effective marketing campaigns with clear ROI focused metrics and quantifiable results
• CRM expertise, preferably with HubSpot: you know how to drive reporting rigor and implement the scalable process with minimal friction
• Minimum 5 years professional experience with 2+ years across demand generation, growth, and sales or marketing operations
• Ability to gather and use data to inform decision-making and persuade others
• Our team works remotely and communicates mostly using text, so you must work effectively in an unstructured environment
• Excellent communication skills and written English
