What Is Employee Growth Rate & Why Is It Important?
Do you want to help >1 million designers and 1000s of design teams do their best work and create beautiful products? Sketch is looking for a Hubspot Administrator to own our CRM implementation and partner closely with our Heads of Sales, Marketing, and Support.
In this position:
- You will be responsible for overall user support, system administration, data integrity, and process maintenance of Hubspot, our CRM
- You will work closely with various departments to identify, develop and deploy scalable processes to support our growth, minimize friction, and allow our workforce to be maximally productive
- You will work closely with IT Operations to ensure our internal architecture scales and performs to the workforce requirements of our fast-growing business
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day end-user support including implementation, user adoption, system administration, data integrity, and reporting in Hubspot (and other customer-facing applications, as we grow)
- Assist cross-functional teams to define process requirements and implement reliable, low-friction flows
- Oversee data integrity within HubSpot CRM through data import management, data auditing, cleanup and deduping, and workflow management with a focus on sustainable, scalable process
- Administrate the HubSpot database, including the creation and iterative improvements of workflows, custom fields, and data flow management processes
- Support Head of Analytics in developing department/role-specific Dashboards, Reports, Contact Lists, Notifications, and other routine tasks, as needed and in support of Field Management
- Maintain updated system documentation and Hubspot policies/procedures
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a HubSpot Administrator or other CRM Administrator required
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations or Marketing Operations, or a similar role
- 1+ year of experience with relational databases, data governance, and process improvement
- Experience supporting a team of sales professionals in a fast-paced, short sales cycle, high-growth environment
- Strong data management, communication, and organizational skills
- Previous startup experience
- Proven team-player and cross-functional collaborator
