Position Description
This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Transaction Management team. The ideal candidate will hit the ground running in our fast-paced and fast-growth company. They will be a key contributor to the success of the team and the company.
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Assist with closings when acquiring and disposing of properties, by assisting with the collection of necessary documentation
● Manage property inspections and appraisal scheduling
● Interface with customers, agents, partners, insurance carriers, title companies, and lenders
● Schedule, manage and attend onboarding calls with customers
● Maintain main transaction phone lines
● Take ownership of maintaining and updating our databases efficiently and effectively
● Assist with any and all administrative tasks regarding closings
● Draft transaction documents for execution
Requirements
● 2+ years of experience as an Underwriting Assistant or Mortgage Processor
● Highly interested in the real estate market and the real estate transaction process
● Thrive under pressure
● Highly organized and detail oriented
● Interested in growing in a long term opportunity with lots of growth potential
